大傩祭礼是传承数千年的宫廷祭礼，祈福民众平安幸福。后失传。流坑先祖董敦逸带回祭礼后，为防再次失传，规定凡选为大傩女子终身不得嫁人。身为大傩的董春女，成长于上世纪20年代，在进步思潮的影响下，她突破封建思想约束，放弃大傩嫁给平民元德昌。之后被军匪强占为妻。母亲为此被沉江淹死、董氏大宗祠也被焚烧。董春女为寻初心，落发为尼。虽命运多舛，但董春女仍坚守着大傩祭礼，使得这一民族文化瑰宝在新中国焕发出新的生命力。。在试图揭开双胞胎兄弟失踪之谜的过程中，隐居的拼图设计师约翰·“路德维希”·泰勒冒用他兄弟詹姆斯的身份，成为剑桥重大犯罪小组的首席侦探。。This film takes place in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Matic lives in a large neighbourhood of concrete blocks of flats with his mother. As his father is temporarily working in Libya, they live alone.
