故事讲述16岁的男孩格雷格因为压力太大被送进医院做精神治疗，却因为青少年病房没有空位，而被扔进了成年人区。阴差阳错地和神神叨叨的鲍比交上朋友——确切地说鲍比有点他精神导师的意思。后来格雷格更爱上了一个名叫诺艾尔的姑娘，短短几天的生活，让他明白了如何面对人生、爱情以及成长的压力。。Quique is dispatched to a village in deep Spain Teruel to lead its politics of recuperation but soon discovers he was sent there so that his girlfriend and leader of his party could spend more time together。
