盖南共和国的下届总统候选人占士·麦佳亚前往日本访问。警视厅派遣探员出任保镖贴身保护他，可是奇怪的是还要同时保护占士的女保镖新条安奈，这里面另有什么原因？！~麦佳到达日本后，他接到一个神秘人物的恐吓电话，于是他派性感女秘书萝莎通过中介委托……。“Praise be to the cinema: the law is not said, it is seen and heard.
