本作曾在单行本第6卷限定版中同梱过一次OAD，这次已经是第2次动画化了。制作阵容有所改变，由《STRANGE+》的西川贵史担任监督，Softgarage协助制作。不过声优阵容与前作一样，依然是反田省太由内匠靖明出演，春风このみ由野村真悠华出演，神谷真夏由平井祥惠出演，佐佐木奈子由井之上奈奈出演，金子理央由新名彩乃出演，池端サヨ由佐藤奏美出演。。“Escort Boys” is loosely based on the Israeli series “Johnny and the Knights of the Galilee,” produced by YES Studios, and by created by Dani Rosenberg and Tom Shoval. It follows four young men, driven by their respective troubles and torment, who decide to sell their bodies for sex.。
