1949年11月，白崇禧率国民党军残部逃至广西柳州，为了掩护他逃向台湾的阴谋，他佯装驻扎柳州与解放军对峙，柳州地下党为了保卫柳州，与白崇禧的部队进行了艰苦的斗争，终于保住了柳州市的安全，并迫使敌人放弃了破坏的阴谋，最终，白崇禧在人民解放军的大举进攻下不得不逃至台湾。。旋风管家第四季作品讲述的是原本在公立高中念书的绫崎飒，因为自己的“极品”父母十分懒惰且不负责任，因此自己每天都要打工养家。而就在高一的圣诞节，他发现父母欠了一亿五千六百八十万四千日圆的债务，而把自己卖给黑社会还债。飒在逃走的过程中刚好遇上了一位少女——资本主义大小姐三千院。结果因为各种言语误会，三千院替飒还清了债务，而飒则成了三千院家的“欠债管家”，并因此转学到贵族学校白皇学院。。Five young people wake up dead.
