梨树县农民张秋霞（王丽云饰）看到农民们辛辛苦苦的在田地上耕耘了一辈子，到头来口袋里还是空空如也，于是和丈夫商量决定成立农民合作社，发扬合作精神，解决一家一户解决不了的问题，通过合作搞项目，解决了买高卖低的问题，张秋霞带领农民大胆探索、艰苦创业，社员之间实行统一购料，统一销售，最终开辟了一条互助合作、共同致富的新路子。。Goes behind the scenes and onto the pitch of the groundbreaking Los Angeles-based professional women's soccer team, Angel City Football Club.
