The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。故事发生在一处专为年轻歌手、舞者及演员举办的夏令营的地方，主办人伯特亨利曾是百老汇当红作曲家，却在遭遇连串挫折后隐退，如今遇上了这群天真好动的年轻人，令他重新萌发振作念头，准备好好训练他们正式登上舞台。。养在乡下的岚家小姐岚昕在山野采药时，意外救助了受伤的男人陆晏洲。随后，她碰巧代替岚曼曼成为冲喜新娘嫁入陆家，成为了陆晏洲的妻子。在进入陆家后，岚昕第一天便成功驯服了陆晏洲的大狗特鲁斯。紧接着，她又在陆老太太突然晕倒时通过针灸成功治愈了对方。。
