His high school friend, who is a Vietnam War Veteran, is exerting power as a highly principled social activist...。林思佳（杜若溪饰）和何曼丽（洪小铃饰）从大学时代起就是形影不离的好友加闺蜜了，何曼丽一直都暗恋着英俊帅气的班长李秋阳（严屹宽饰），然而李秋阳喜欢的却是林思佳。这段扭曲的三角关系让何曼丽饱受伤害，最终，她决定离开这个伤心地和令她伤心的人们，和一位一直追求她，但是她并不喜欢的美国富商结了婚，并且移居美国就此音信全无。 一晃眼十年过去，林思佳和李秋阳将他们的服装店经营的红红火火，而何曼丽在国外的遭遇却十分的悲惨，得知了好友的现状，林思佳不顾阻挠前往美国将何曼丽接回了国内，接回自己家里，想要帮她重振旗鼓。。
