该剧采用两集一个单元故事为主要结构，以边防缉毒警察赵晓雪、张宏伟，侦查员曹海、万敏捷，以及法制社记者柳佳佳等主要人物贯穿全剧，讲述一群涉毒人员在毒品世界中的沉沦、赎罪及自救为主线，以此来警示人们珍爱生命，远离毒品。。Mike and Danny fly a cropduster, but because of Danny's gambling debts, a local sheriff takes custody of it. Trying to earn money, they hitch-hike to the World's Fair in Seattle and, while Danny tries to earn money playing poker, Mike takes care of a small girl whose father has disappeared. Being a ladies' man, he also finds the time to court a young nurse.。
