2009年4月～6月に放送された人気TVアニメの完結編となる劇場版2部作の第1部。監督は「攻殻機動隊 STAND ALONE COMPLEX」の神山健治。2011年2月19日、日本を襲った60発のミサイル攻撃を誰にも知られることなく阻止した滝沢朗は、その半年後、こつ然と姿を消す。彼を見守ってきた森美咲は、滝沢が残した謎の携帯電話「ノブレス携帯」にあった情報から、滝沢がいると思われるニューヨークへ向かうが……。。This film takes place in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Matic lives in a large neighbourhood of concrete blocks of flats with his mother. As his father is temporarily working in Libya, they live alone. Matic's otherwise monotonous life changes dramatically when he is chosen to feature in a film. At the shooting he meets Milena, a girl his own age whom he begins to like.
