本剧改编自永井三郎的同名漫画，以封闭的平成年代的乡下为舞台，三岛大志被同班同学欺负，理由是三岛很“GAY”。实际上喜欢男性的三岛并没有反抗，只是把藏起来的女装当作心灵的寄托。有一天，三岛在屋顶上看见了霸凌团体的首领桐野拿着自己以前丢失的口红。他把三岛用过的口红，涂在自己的嘴唇上… 在这个世界上的某个地方追求着“真正的自己”的地方少年们的青春故事。。一对夫妇在看到他们的一个朋友把一座旧磨坊改造成舒适的房子后，搬进了一个旧农舍……。After the relatively low box office takings of 'Intolerance', D. W. Griffith would revisit his epic film three years later by releasing two of the film's interlocking stories as standalone features, with some new additional footage. The first of the two was 'The Fall of Babylon', which depicts the conflict between Prince Belshazzar of Babylon and Cyrus the Great of Persia.。
