《油脂》的音乐衍生剧《油脂:瑞戴尔高中》将会围绕20世纪50年代，珊迪和丹尼在夏夜后重逢的瑞戴尔高中展开，以经典角色以及新角色来重塑这部电影。。由NHK企划制作的TV动画《Classicaloid》是一部以古典音乐普及为题材的原创日本动画，第一季曾于2016年10月播出，近日，官方宣布该作第二季将于2017年10月开播，看来围绕着与音乐伟人具有相同名字的“Classicaloid”的故事还在继续。。Nicholas Coughlan and Isabel Gore are fated to be together.
